Sinnemahone Ultra Trail Run Sponsored by Keystone Rural Health Consortia

There are 3 distance options to this event which includes rail/trail running, dirt road running, and traveling through the Elk State Forest in the heart of the PA Wilds. All events start and end in Emporium PA with aid stations on the course and food following the event.
